Bio

Judith Scharman is a Registered Dietician with a Master of Science degree in health education who inspires many with the desire and tools to live a healthier lifestyle. She has worked as a clinical dietician in both inpatient and outpatient settings in hospitals across the country and has almost three decades of experience teaching techniques to help children, adolescents and adults enjoy a healthier lifestyle. She teaches Nutrition and Healthy Cooking at the International Culinary Arts and Sciences Institute and is part-owner of Healthy Kids Meal & Motion Makers. She is a corporate wellness speaker as part of her own business, Foods with Judes: Simple Savory Solutions, and is also the Corporate Wellness Dietician Nutritionist at Total Customized Fitness (TCF). As she enlightens many with her culinary workshops, seminars and speaking engagements, she provides simple and savory solutions to nutritious eating and living. Her clients often call her the “demo dietician” as she uses “real food” to show how easy it is to make delicious, healthy recipes.
