Chef Bernie brings 25 plus years Culinary Arts experience primarily in Full Service Hotels. He has been involved with several Hotels and Hotel companies establishing, or re-establishing food service operations by setting up Culinary systems and business controls to ensure highly successful Dining establishments that are efficient, profitable, quality driven, and consistent, all while increasing customer and guest appeal by increasing food service satisfaction scores. He has been involved in Hotel acquisitions in several US Cities including Cincinnati, St. Louis, Syracuse, Atlanta and more. Chef Bernie acts as a consultant to foodservice Broadliners in the Cleveland area, both in food products, as well as building business relationships.
